InterCILA

The InterCILA events are bridging events between the Ibero-Latin American Asphalt Congresses (CILA), which are held every two years. These high-level meetings within the Ibero-Latin American asphalt sector rely heavily on information technology. The InterCILA 2023 program features contributions from thirteen speakers and is divided into six sessions. It will provide an overview of the XXI CILA in Punta del Este, introduce the technical program and summaries received for the XXII CILA, outline its objectives, and discuss the actions undertaken by the communication committee. Moreover, it will include a segment dedicated to reminiscing about the X CILA in Seville 1999 and extending an invitation to participate in the XXII CILA in Granada 2024.
