EAPA Workshop on the Use of Rejuvenators in Asphalt Mixtures

After the publication in August 2018 of the “EAPA Recommendations for the Use of Rejuvenators in Hot and Warm Asphalt Production”, great feedback was received rising the interest of different stakeholders of Asphalt Sector. With the aim of maximising the dissemination and outreach of EAPA’s work, the Association organised the 1st EAPA Workshop on the use of rejuvenators in asphalt mixtures, which was held on 10-11 September 2019 in Padova, Italy.
After the presentation of the EAPA Paper, the event was divided into two technical sessions, one related to Research and Innovation and another focused in sharing practical experiences from different European countries. A total of 70 experts from Industry, Academia and Road Authorities participated in interesting discussions and engaged in a final work-in-groups session, providing advice to further develop EAPA activities in the coming years.
All the presentations, a summary and the pictures of the Workshop are available at the EAPA website.
